• Note: We only collect location data when the app is open and in use (Foreground) / We may collect location data even when the app is closed or not in use (Background) to alert you of nearby chargers or track charging sessions. You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings.

B. Personal and Contact Information

• Phone Number and Email Address: We collect your phone number and email address during the registration process. This information is collected strictly to comply with Indonesian government regulations and legal mandates requiring eV charging service providers to maintain verified user identities.
• Account Information: We may also collect your name and profile details to create and manage your user account.

C. Standard Device and Usage Information

• Device Information: We collect information about the mobile device you use to access the Service, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
• Usage Data: We collect data regarding how you use the Service, such as the eV chargers you view, your charging history, and app interaction logs.
• Payment Information: If you make in-app payments for charging sessions, your payment information is processed securely by our third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

• To Provide Core Services: To map your location, find nearby eV chargers, and facilitate the charging process.

Our Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
